Individual and Couples therapy

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. This can be the result of trauma, loss or cumulative life experience.  Through counseling and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. 

 

Neurofeedback

A specialized form of biofeedback, it has been shown to be very effective at helping people overcome anxiety. 

 

Online Services

Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home using a HIPPA compliant platform and at times that work for you.

 We begin by offering immediately usable self-regulation tools and small, high-impact adjustments to your daily environment. The goal is to help you reclaim energy and stability right away - because everything is harder when you’re depleted. 

2. Focus on Your Desired Outcome

What would a life that feels manageable and meaningful look like to you? Using Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy, we keep your preferred future front and center - working around obstacles, not endlessly dissecting them. 

3. Understand the Inner System

Through Internal Family Systems (IFS), we explore the different “parts” of you - the one that pushes through, the one that worries, the one that burns out. This approach builds self-compassion, clarity, and internal cooperation. 

4. Build a DBT-Informed Toolkit

We draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to develop skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and communication. These are practical tools for navigating real life—not abstract concepts. 

5. Create Your Holistic Treatment Plan

Your plan is collaborative and individualized, often including goals related to:

* Cognitive & emotional regulation (anxiety, ADHD, overwhelm)

* Physical health & nutrition (fueling your nervous system)

* Lifestyle & environment (structure, routines, energy protection)

* Social & family connections (boundaries, support, communication)

A Note on Neurofeedback

For clients who want a more direct way to support nervous system regulation, we offer Neurofeedback as a specialty add-on. It can be a powerful complement to therapy skills and insight, especially for anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and sleep concerns.
